Alia Bhatt’s Indo-Westerns Will Make You Wanna Ditch Ethnics Forever
Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan’s upcoming film, Badrinath Ki Dulhaniya hits screens tomorrow on March 10, 2017, which means the film’s promotions official end today. And Alia made the perfect appearance to end her long spree of stunning promotional looks with a covetable indo-western number that’s equal parts ethnic and chic; something you’d want to wear to every family occasion hereafter.
Take a look…
What She Wore
As as been the case with all her Badrinath Ki Dulhaniya promotional looks and many more before that too, Alia was once again styled by Ami Patel and Sanjay Kumar Dauhaliya who picked out a beautiful tunic set for Alia from Payal Singhal‘s recently presented LFW collection. The outfit in question comprises of a sleeveless, fringed high-low hem ‘Alina Tunic’ and low-crotch pants with scalloped embroidered hem.
Shoes & Accessories
Alia wisely decided to ditch her no-accessories approach this time around and sported a pair of gorgeous, multicoloured shoulder-dusters. The actress stepped into a pair of strappy, metallic heels to go with her outfit.
Hair & Makeup
Alia teamed up with her usual hairstylist Ayesha Devitre and makeup artist Puneet B Saini, both of whom did a fab job on adding the perfect finishing touches to Alia’s look with a neat bun, nude eyes, pretty pink lips and a hint of blush on the cheeks.
Payal Singhal seems to have coined a solution for the contemporary woman to go ethnic with an effortless ease and Alia Bhatt just convinced us further. A very well put-together look with not a hair out of place… literally!
