Despite all our love for all thing pretty and all things stylish, we have to admit the two things that we rank higher up than anything else when it comes to airport style are comfort and pragmatism. It is for that precise reason that the one celebrity style file we ardently follow for all our travel outfit inspo is that of Alia Bhatt’s. And from what we’ve seen so far of the diva’s take on travel gear, it is safe to say that she’s mastered the 5Cs- comfy, chic, cute, cool and casual- of airport fashion like the boss that she is. As if we needed any further proof, the actress went on give us yet another airport look that fares wonderfully well on every criterion.

Alia was papped at the Mumbai airport yesterday morning on her return from Bulgaria where she was shooting for her next Ayan Mukherjee directorial, Brahmastra, which stars Ranbir Kapoor as the male lead. Incidentally, Alia also suffered an injury during this schedule and was seen wearing a hand brace, though she was all smiles for the shutterbugs irrespective.

The actress looked her usual cool and beautiful self in an almost monochromatic ensemble comprising of a pair of black skinnies and a black duster that was layered over a black and white striped Markus Lupfer sweater featuring a bright red lip graphic which broke the monochrome monotony quite beautifully.

The actress teamed up her separates with a pair of black leather knee-highs that seem to have become an airport staple for Alia. Well, given the flat sole, it does ensure a considerable amount of comfort. Alia the lugged a black and red sling to match her outfit and threw on a pair of dark sunnies. Left down hair and natural pink lips finished off Alia’s airport look.
