Kate Middleton’s Classy White Ensembles’re All The Internet Can Talk About RN
We are assuming that everyone is well aware of Prince William and Kate Middleton‘s 2-day long visit to Belgium along with Princess Charlotte and Prince George, what with pics of them flooding our social media feeds. But just in case, you missed, the royal family was in Belgium to commemorate the centenary of the Battle of Passchendaele. And Kate’s elegantly gorgeous outfits- one more than the other- are all that the internet can talk about at the moment.
Like all her past appearances at the annual event, this one too saw the Dutchess of Cambridge working neutrals, whites to be specific.
For the first event held at The Menin Gate Memorial to the Missing, Kate’s ensemble comprised of several pieces from her existing wardrobe which, incidentally, s garnering a lot of attention. Frankly, we don’t get what the whole fuss is about. It’s not like she’s never repeated a dress or shoes or accessories. Also, Prince William also repeated his navy suit and red and navy tie and no one seems to be talking about that. Moving on…
Kate donned a bespoke, ivory Alexander McQueen wool-silk coat dress, she has earlier worn on two occasions… Princess Charlotte’s christening and at Trooping the Colour event in 2016. She teamed her dress up with a Lock & Co ‘Marisabel’ hat, also seen at Trooping the Colour parade the year before last. Reusing yet another one of her prized possessions, Kate opted for the Balenciaga ‘Eugenia’ Pearl Clip Earrings and teamed it with a mabe pearl brooch borrowed from the royal jewel collection.
Her Anne Grand-Clément zip purse also made a return with this ensemble. Kate then stepped into a pair of Emmy London taupe pumps to elevate her lean frame.
The royal fashionista was then seen in yet another coat dress for her visit to the Bedford House, the final resting place of more than 5,000 Commonwealth Servicemen of WWI. This time, Middleton went a bit more dressy opting for a Melrose dress by Catherine Walker which featured appliqued floral motifs rising up from its lacy hem and cuffs.
The beautiful mother of two accessorised this look with a pair of Collingwood diamond and pearl earrings from Princess Diana’s collection and the same brooch from the day before. With this outfit, the beautiful mother of two lugged a peach satin Prada clutch and stepped into a pair of Gianvitto Rossi suede heels.
Elegance and sophistication become her, don’t they?
